Stranded British holidaymakers on luxury Easter villa breaks in Murcia, Spain finally get to go home to UK.

With the threat of volcanic ash from Iceland’s volcano subsiding and the flight ban over Europe and the UK finally lifted, holiday rental guests from all over Murcia were finally able to start making their way home last week.

With many rental guests stuck for over 4-5 days and many property owners offering discount prices on their luxury villas with pools to accommodate and help stranded passengers, the end of the Icelandic Volcano natural disaster was welcomed as relieved holidaymakers started to make their way home via commuting by car across Europe and the channel ferry and Eurotunnel and eventually flights.

As many holidaymakers now face extended bills on car hire, airport parking, hotel or villa accommodation, food and other unforeseen expense, all flight passengers have been asked to hold on to expense receipts for when they return home and speak to their airlines.
