£265 per year, per property 

• Feature property with up to nine photographs on Connect Rentals website
• Market your property on an additional leading holiday rental website with golf exposure*• Benefit from company advertising in international golf publications such as Golf World and Todays’ Golfer and online golf campaigns
 • Write and update text for advertising property, including photographs, on rental websites
• Provide guidance on rental prices for each holiday season and update accordingly
• Holiday rentals service: manage all property enquiries in English, French or Spanish, customer and website administration, close sales, chase payments and professionally manage all security deposits, holiday rentals agreements, holiday booking forms, customer relations, bank transfers, coordinate bookings with designated key holder or cleaner and provide customers with monthly booking tracking statements and (due) payments 
• Connect Rentals charge 12% administration fee for every short-term holiday rental (1-3 weeks), 
reducing our fee to 10% for long-term lets

Option 2
£465 per year, per property

• Feature property with up to nine photographs on Connect Rentals website
• Market your property on an additional two leading holiday rental websites with golf exposure*• Benefit from company advertising in international golf publications such as Golf World and Todays’ Golfer and online golf campaigns
• Write and update text for advertising property, including photographs, on rental websites
• Provide guidance on rental prices for each holiday season and update accordingly
• Holiday rentals service: manage all property enquiries in English, French or Spanish, customer and website administration, close sales, chase payments and professionally manage all security deposits, holiday rentals agreements, holiday booking forms, customer relations, bank transfers, coordinate bookings with designated key holder or cleaner and provide customers with monthly booking tracking statements and (due) payments

Our options 3 and 4 are designed for people who fancy taking a more hands on approach to renting out their property. We simply provide the professional knowledge and marketing tools you need to get you up and running on the Internet, leaving you to manage the rest.

Option 3**
£285 per year, per property

• Feature property with up to nine photographs on Connect Rentals website
• Market your property on an additional leading holiday rental website with golf exposure*• Benefit from company advertising in international golf publications such as Golf World and Todays’ Golfer and online golf campaigns• Write initial text for advertising property, including photos, on rental websites
• Provide initial guidance on rental prices for each holiday season 

Option 4**
£485 per year, per property

• Feature property with up to nine photographs on Connect Rentals website
• Market your property on and additonal two leading holiday rental websites with golf exposure* • Benefit from company advertising in international golf publications such as Golf World and Todays’ Golfer and online golf campaigns
 • Write initial text for advertising property, including photos, on rental websites
• Provide initial guidance on rental prices for each holiday season 

*All packages exclude charges for additional photography beyond the normal package. 

**Once complete, Options 3 and 4 charge an administration fee of £20 per hour for any text or imagery amends.

Please note: prices for Connect Rentals property letting packages are exclusively for marketing your property and managing bookings and payments only, any additional services including key holding, meet and greet services, overseeing and organising maintenance issues, translation services, laundry, cleaning or welcome packs are extra and will be provided at our standard rate.
