Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).
Accessibility
With living accommodation set on two levels with a staircase, this property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair.
Outside
Attractive garden area with private outdoor swimming pool with hot tub (hot tub can be heated for an additional cost of £30 per week) shower, shaded and unshaded patio area, outdoor garden table with six chairs, barbecue and six sunbeds. There is a large private solarium on the upper level. A children’s play area can be fenced off limiting access to the pool.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style villas, townhouses and apartments. The resort offers the beautiful 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, along with a 9-hole golf course, leisure centre, communal swimming pool, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, restaurants, bars, a snack bar, a small but well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods) tennis court, gym and health centre. Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. If you require the hot tub to be heated there is an additional charge of £30 per week. For all bookings made outside the UK a bank transfer fee of £15 applies. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £400 a week.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Please note: Mar Menor is a 9-hole golf resort which is currently being extended to an 18-hole golf resort with additional apartments, there is some building work outside the resort's perimeter.

Local area
Ideal for holiday rentals, the local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
