Kitchen	Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (four electric rings), oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, glassware and cutlery for six people.
Utility Room	Washing machine, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board, broom.
Living Rooms	Open plan lounge/dining room with cosy fireplace/log burner two leather sofas, one dining table with six chairs, satellite TV, VCR, CD/radio. Patio doors lead to terrace and garden.
Other	Lovely views of the surrounding woodland and area can be seen from the terrace. The property has a mobile air-conditioning unit.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service	Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge of £50/75 euros. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £10 a week.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Accessibility
With living accommodation set on one level accessible via 15-20 steps from the main road. This property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair.

Outside
Attractive (quite steep) garden area with private and large L-shaped terrace area area, outdoor garden table with six chairs and barbecue. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the sun set.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pound and for the villa only. The property also has a two bedroom apartment situated below the villa which can be hired separately or together for larger groups. Please contact us for details and prices.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

Booking notes
£100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. The Hot tub will be available to guests from July 2008

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit (per property) is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Local area
This villa is located between the medieval town of Pals and its beach at Pals Platja in the Girona region of Northern Spain. A superb area for forest walks, guests can enjoy the relatively easy walking through the woodland, swim in the blue Mediterranean Sea only five minutes’ drive away or simply relax on the large terrace and take in the magnificent views across the rolling hills to the Pyrenees Mountains and stunning sunsets to the west. Guests can also sample the many local towns and villages, their markets and churches and interesting restaurants serving mouth watering Catalan food.

Beaches and waterparks
5 minutes' drive from the beach at Pals (30-45 minutes’ walk through woodland).
The local beach offers soft golden sand and provides many including watersports including sailing, kite boarding and swimming.

Golf resorts
Guests have access to a delightful 18-hole golf course at Platja de Pals. A pine tree-lined masterpiece hugging the Pals Platja beach. The Spanish open has been held here in the past.

50 minutes’ drive from the city of Girona.
1 hour 30 minutes’ drive is Barcelona with an enormous variety of art galleries, museums, shops bars and restaurants.
30 minutes’ drive from French border. Perpignan is an easy day trip.
2 hours’ drive to Andorra and the Pyrenees.
