Notes on accommodation
To heat the pool an additional charge of £50 per week is required. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

There is a large terraced garden area with a covered outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs and barbecue as well as an additional garden table with four chairs. The villa has six sunloungers and a large pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. The villa offers off road parking for two cars.

Polaris World’s El Valle Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas and apartments built around an 18-hole golf course with a golf club house and bar, communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.
The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point.
Close by, guests can find La Torre Golf Resort which offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet). This resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit, per week, is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. No groups under 21 are allowed. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £50 per week. All bookings are subject to a cleaning and laundry fee of £50.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.
