A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £10 a week.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Outside
The patio features a second dining area with a barbecue overlooks the enclosed garden and the beautiful, large private heated pool. Both the sun terraces offer premium viewing of the 2nd hole & fairways, it is perfect for sunbathing through the day or watching the golfers play their round while you sip on your refreshing cocktails.

Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort is a luxury 5 star holiday resort. The resort is situated in the Costa Calida Murcia region of Southern Spain and enjoys pleasant temperatures all year round. The resort is just ten minutes by car from Murcia airport with daily flights from the UK. The location of Mar Menor Golf Resort on the Costa Calida is superb for family and golf holidays. It is just minutes away from miles of safe sandy beaches of the warm Mar Menor waters. There are many local restaurants and shops in nearby Los Alcazares. The resort is close to two cities, Murcia the capital of the region and the port of Cartagena. There are many beaches, family days out and other cities that are of interest within a short driving distance so there is plenty to do off the resort to keep all ages entertained.

Holiday rentals prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

Booking notes
£100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Cleaning charge is standard on all properties at a charge of 80 euros to be paid to the key holder.

Pool heating
An additional charge of £85 per week is required to heat the pool.

Security deposit
In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Local area
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.

Beaches and waterparks
10 minutes' drive from the beach at Los Alcazares.
20 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip.
Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.
Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis
(waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).

Golfing holidays
Guests have access to the resort's 9-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20 minute drive away.
