Patio doors lead to main terrace with table and chairs. Other The hall has a table and a mirror. There are two outdoor areas (lower ground terrace and upper level solarium). A parasol with six sunbeds are also available. The villa also has a barbecue. Cleaning/towels/ Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 a week.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).
Accessibility
This property is situated across one level making it ideal for children and guests with walking difficulties. The only stairs are outside and lead to the upper level solarium, which is secured by a lockable gate.
Outside
There are two outside terraces/solariums in total. Guests have their own private pool (with cild guard) and well as access to a large communal pool 2 minutes’ walk away. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas available for use.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet). The resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes
£100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Any payments made in euros will be subject to an additional £15 bank charge. A £65 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
