Air all rooms
Clean stairs and railings
Clean kitchen: worktops, cupboards, crockery, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, extractor fan and tiles. Clean away all rubbish and leftover food
Clean bathroom/s: including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Make beds
Sweep, mop and/or vacuum all floors
Polish/wipe down all furniture
Clean outside entrance/terraces/stair
Clean windows

Garden services
Gardening services are also available to all our holiday rentals e.g. weeding, dead heading, watering and grass cutting from £20 per hour.
For all other specialist cleaning jobs, including annual spring cleans, quotes can be obtained upon request.

A 'freshen up' cleaning service is also available, please ask for details. A cleaning charge, where appropriate, can be included on top of your rental prices also. If cleaning is undertaken by a person or company not contracted by Connect Rentals Ltd, we reserve the right to inspect the property and level of service for our clients.
