Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 a week each. A child guard is also available free of charge.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).
Accessibility
The Polaris world La Torre development is perfect for people with walking difficulties. There is wheelchair access to all ground floor areas. The villa has one downstairs bedroom with bathroom adjacent.
Outside
Outside there is a large private heated* swimming pool (approx. 9m x 4m) with sunloungers and a table and chairs. The pool and garden area is fully fenced. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas and free tennis courts available for use.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian, international chill out bar/restaurant with outdoor pool and an international buffet).
The resort also has a bank, travel shop, Internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, golf shop, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.
Booking notes
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. To heat the pool a charge of £60 applies. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings.
Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £375 a week.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding.
Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
Beaches and waterparks

30 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip.
Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.

Golfing holidays
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, el Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga
Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive. Guests staying at the apartment can benefit from a temporary residents’ discount on all Polaris golf course, please ask for details. A fully signed handicap card is required to play.
