Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).
Accessibility
This property is situated across one level making it ideal for guest with walking difficulties. The only stairs are outside and lead to the upper level solarium.
Outside
There are two outside terraces/solariums in total with a terraced garden area and fence. Guests have their own large private pool as well as access to the resort leisure centre with tennis courts and a large communal pool with children’s play area 10-15 minutes’ walk away. The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with a range of bars and restaurants is also a 10 minute walk away.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style villas, townhouses and apartments. The resort offers the beautiful 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, along with a 9-hole golf course, leisure centre, communal swimming pool, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, restaurants, bars, a snack bar, a small but well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods) tennis court, gym and health centre. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.
Booking notes
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £65 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £300 a week.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
