This service is very convenient for owners who do not rent their holiday home on a regular basis and means someone is always nearby to check on your holiday rental should you need them.
Our key holding service* includes the following:
- Fortnightly checks
- Internal and external home inspection
- Airing all rooms
- Check all main electrical appliances: air conditioning, lights, cooker, TV etc
- Checking doors, windows and blinds are closed
- Flush toilets and turn taps on to prevent bad odours
- Inform owner of any necessary repairs or signs of damp
- All keys are kept in a locked safe
Key holding service starts from only £22 per month:
- 2 bedroom £264 per year
- 3 bedroom £295 per year
- 4 bedroom £325 per year
Call out service
We can also arrange for a member of our team to meet visitors, receive furniture deliveries or monitor tradesmen at the property for an additional fee of £20 per hour.
Meet and greet
If you don't have a keyholder to call on, we can always provide a 'meet and greet' service for all your arriving rental clients, starting from £15 to £20 for arrivals after 22.00.
*A key holding and authorisation form to enter your holiday home must be completed prior to any of our staff being able to enter your property.
