Utility Room Washing machine, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board, broom, hoover. Living Rooms Open plan lounge/dining room with one sofa (including one sofa bed), one dining table with six chairs, plasma TV and CD/DVD player. Patio doors lead to main terrace with table and chairs. Other The villa has tinted privacy windows and mosquito blinds for each room. The terrace has an extendable cover for shade and there are also 4 sunbeds, a gas bbq, gas heater for cooler winter nights and an additional wicker table with 4 chairs on the upper solarium. The garden is also fully fenced and guests have use of two sets of steel ladies golf clubs. Cleaning/towels/ Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 a week.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £20 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet). Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes
A non refundable £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Any payments made in euros will be subject to an additional £15 bank charge. A £65 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
