Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).
Accessibility
This property is situated on two floors with one bedroom and bathroom situated in the ground floor, making it suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
To the rear of the property is a large fenced garden with a private, heated (additional charge) swimming pool. The villa is also a short 5-10 minute walk from a large communal pool, with plenty of room for sunbathing. Guests also have free access to the local tennis courts, situated beside the pool. There are also many children's play areas available for use.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments. Built around a town centre and attractive lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), along with an 18-hole golf course, 12 communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet). The resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes
a non refundable £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.
An additional cleaning cost of £65 per stay is required. A charge applies to heat the pool, please ask for details.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.
