Booking notes
To book this villa with pool a £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £475 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Should 6+ guests require the use of the sofa bed a fee of £100 per week will be charged.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable within seven days after your holiday, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Heated pool and Jacuzzi™
If you require the pool and jacuzzi to be heated there is an additional charge per week. Both can be heated, individually or together: Jacuzzi™ only £30, pool only £35, combined £60.
Cleaning fee
A £65 cleaning fee is required per booking.
