Key holding

This service is very important for all holiday home owners as it means someone is always nearby to check on your rental property should you need them.

A standard key holding service* includes the following:

• Fortnightly checks
• Internal and external home inspection
• Airing all rooms
• Check all main electrical appliances: air conditioning, lights, cooker, TV etc
• Checking doors, windows and blinds are closed
• Flush toilets and turn taps on to prevent bad odours
• Inform owner of any necessary repairs or signs of dam
• All keys kept in a locked safe

Key holders should also be available to for emergency call outs and to ‘meet and greet' your holiday rental clients when needed. Please note an additional charge usually applies to these extra services.
