Maintaining a clean and functioning pool is essential for Murcia villas in the holiday rentals market and for keeping it in good working condition for those periods when you are not using it.
A good pool service should include:
- Maintain correct PH and chemical levels
- Ensure filters are clean and pumps work properly
- Remove leafs, grass, bugs and foliage from pool
- Clean any surface residue caused by guest use and sun cream
- Pool cleaned 2 x per week May-September, 1 x week October-April
Costs for pool maintenance will vary depending on the size of the swimming pool. Please note: an optional pool heater and cover can help attract holiday rentals for year-round resorts.
