Very popular Villa Anna is a luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with large PRIVATE POOL (8m x 4m) situated on a delightful corner plot with a south facing garden and pool area.

The villa is centrally located on the La Torre Golf Resort being just 2 minutes’ walk from the supermarket, club house and few restaurants. The pool has a child safety guard, which can be easily removed, making the villa ideal for family holidays. There is a BBQ for your use and there is also outdoor dining furniture for eating al fresco. The patio area benefit from a UV shade to provide much needed shade in the summer months.

The villa is beautifully decorated inside and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to six people. It is fully air conditioned and is fitted with free Wi-fi. There is also a satellite TV in the living room which has English channels such as BBC and ITV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. There are two balconies which have lovely views and as well as a solarium on the upper level with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy a drink and look out onto beautiful landscaped gardens. There is also off-road parking.

Local area

With miles of gorgeous beaches dotted with almond and palm trees, the Costa Calida is extremely popular for family holidays. The Costa Calida is situated in the southeast of Spain. Translating as the 'Warm Coast' Costa Calida is known for its mild climate, it enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year, more than any other in region in Spain Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F).

Beaches and Water Sports - soft sandy beaches of the Mar Menor with numerous children’s play areas on the sand, coupled with the calm waters of the Mar Menor make it ideal both for children and for the extensive water sports that are on offer here. These include Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving. The area is great for children and many of the beaches have been deservedly awarded the blue flag.

Los Alcazares – numerous restaurants and bars plus a delightful safe beach and a 7 mile promenade.

Historical Cartagena – great day out with harbour, shopping, restaurants, ruins and bars.

Ideal for water sports, including sailing, swimming and windsurfing.

Dos Mares (San Javier) shopping mall with restaurants, bowling, cinema and extensive supermarket.

The nearby Nueva Condomina. A recently opened shopping mall with some 200 shops, including many U.K high street chains. This complex also provides a impressive range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and a 6 screen cinema.

Terra Aqua Murcia and Animal park Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 20 minutes from the resort. Plus there is a larger waterpark in Torrevieja – 40 mins away.

Why not take a ferry ride from Santiago de la Ribera to La Manga Puerto Tomas Maestra Harbour? The ferry departs every day from 10 a.m. (every 2 hours).

Scuba Diving - The Hormigas Islands near Cabo de Palos have been declared a Marine Reserve due to their exceptional beauty and the conservation of the sea floor, and are acknowledged as being one of Spain’s premier dive sites.

Horse Riding - La Manga Club is a wonderful location for all standards of horse riders. Set in the Mucian hills and surrounded by beautiful lemon groves, the La Manga Equestrian Centre offers a variety of daily treks along the beach or through the picturesque Spanish countryside.

Go Karts - Mar Menor Go Karts close to San Javier Airport is a great day out for all ages and there is also a refreshment cafeteria.

Great Location
The villa is great, it's clean, spacious and well equipped. It's in a great location close to the supermarket and Less than 10min walk to the centre of la Torre. highly recommend.

Great break in the Sun
This villa was clean and tidy with everything you will need for a break in the sun. It is worth noting that this villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as in the main living area, something that will be invaluable in the heat of the summer. The rear of the property is south facing so you will have the sun all day long. The pool is large and is maintained and clean although not heated which should not be a problem for the summer months. The patio area has a useful UV shade which was welcome even in May. The property has Freesat HD TV with regional channels so that you can catch up on your local news. The supermarket is only a 2 minutes walk and is well stocked with well known brands but they can come at a premium. It is a little more expensive than driving to an off-resort one but it is convenient if you don't hire a car. In summer 2016 the supermarket was open 9 am - 9 pm but on a Sunday it is 10 am - 2.30 pm. Our thanks to Martina, who arranged the booking for us via the internet. Emails and queries were answered almost immediately. Sarah is the key holder for the property and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay including pickup and drop off at Murcia airport. I would recommend this villa without reservation and would return again in future.

We have stayed many times on La Torre and Las Terrazzas De La Torre (it's sister site). The villa was lovely, very clean and had everything you need. The pool was lovely and clean and a fab size for my kids. Sun all day long at the rear of the property. If you have the fence up around the pool the rear garden is fully enclosed although it would have been great to have a fence around the front lawn so we didn't have to have the safety fence around the pool all the time. More kids toys/games/DVDs would've been nice. Also the villa could do with 'plushing up' a bit, nicer drapes, cushion covers renewed, a few more painting/pictures/ornaments etc... The villas position is excellent and a great size. Martina and the villa key holders are VERY helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fab holiday. Giselle and family xxx

Booking information

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A minimum £200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required with the balance Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

We accept payments by bank transfer by bank transfer or by credit/debit card over the phone.

All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details (payable locally).

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non-UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.
