Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.    

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. All bookings are subject to a 65 Euro cleaning/laundry fee payable locally on arrival. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays. This is a strictly non-smoking villa. Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.  Please note: Connect Rentals can act only as a rental agent for the owner of this property Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts.  If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.
