Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £60 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 a week each. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £20 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Booking notes

£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Changeover day Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Security deposit
