Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor has a double bed with built-in wardrobes, AC and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 on the1st floor has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe with ceiling fan and ground floor bathroom adjacent. Bathrooms En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has WC, bath/shower, washbasin, bidet. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 has WC, bath/shower, washbasin, bidet. Bathroom number 3 (adjacent to bedroom 3) has a bath/shower, WC and washbasin. Kitchen Kitchen is fully furnished with electric hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and all glassware and cutlery for 6-8 people Utility Room Washing machine, mop, bucket, iron, ironing board, broom and cleaning product cupboard. Please ask for details. Further details outdoors: The villa has a nice outside terrace for alfresco dining with a table, parasol and chairs. It also has a private pool with a (removable) child guard and 6 sunbeds. The property also has a spacious garden area (grassy). The property has it's own drive for parking but is not fully fenced at the front. Accessibility The Polaris world La Torre development is perfect for people with walking difficulties. The local area offers plenty of activities for holidaymakers looking to rent holiday apartments in Murcia or villas with pools, especially those looking for golfing holidays in Spain. The sandy beaches of the Costa Calida are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other holiday activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. The sandy beaches of Murcia’s Mar Menor are also ideal for family villa holidays as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.  A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts.  If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts. 

Security deposit
