Bedrooms Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. Bathrooms Master en suite with WC, Jacuzzi bath/ shower, double sink and bidet. Main bathroom with WC, shower, sink and bidet. Kitchen Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, teapot, wine rack, crockery, glassware and cutlery for six people (plus plastic glasses for outside). Utility Room Washing machine/dryer, mop/bucket, iron ironing board and broom. Living Rooms Open plan lounge/dining room with two sofas, one dining table with six chairs, air conditioning, plasma TV, satellite channels including Sky movies, DVD/VCR player, ipod station, feature fireplace (not for use). Patio doors leading to large terrace with table and six chairs. The villa stands on a large plot 390m² with a fenced garden (with privacy screen at the back of the property). There is air conditioning in every room and satellite channels include Sky Sports, BBC channels, UK Gold, History, Discovery, Movies Action, MGM Fox, Eurosport and National Geographic. There is a large terraced garden area with a covered outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs and barbecue as well as an additional garden table with four chairs. The villa has six sunloungers and a large pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. The villa offers off road parking for two cars.

Resort details

Polaris World’s El Valle Golf Resort in Murcia is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style luxury villas with pools and golf apartments built around an 18-hole desert golf course with a golf clubhouse, communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens. Local area

The local area offers plenty of activities for holidaymakers looking to rent holiday apartments in Murcia or villas with pools on El Valle especially those looking for golfing holidays in Spain. The sandy beaches of Spain’s Costa Calida are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other holiday activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. The sandy beaches of Murcia’s Mar Menor are also ideal for family villa holidays as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade at Los Alcazares or San Javier and there are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.

Murcia offers the holiday lettings market many wonderful golf apartments and villas with pools for summer rentals, so if you like to spend a few days in the sun by the pool and a day or so exploring the beautiful Costa Calida in Spain, here are a few ideas:

Approx. 20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants

15 mins drive to Santiago de la Ribera beach. 25 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. 

Approx. 50 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 25-minute drive away.
Approx. 30-40 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall.

Murcia is perfect for watersports enthusiasts with sailing, fishing and windsurfing on their doorstep as well as golfing breaks in Spain as guests have access to the resort's 18-hole course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other golf courses in the area including Polaris World’s Mar Menor Golf Resort, La Torre Golf Resort, Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum, Peraleja Golf, Roda Golf & Beach Club, Serena Golf near Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. 
All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £90 per week. The pool is heated to a moderate outdoor pool temperature.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays. Please note: all arrivals after 10pm at night will be charged a 15 euros meet and greet fee as a late call out charge.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.  Please note: Connect Rentals can act only as a rental agent for the owner of this property
