Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fan, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, fan and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with two single beds, fan and built-in wardrobe. Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with WC, bath/shower, sink. Main bathroom with WC, bath/shower, sink. Downstairs bathroom with WC, sink. Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 6/8 people. The kitchen also has a fitted water filter for the taps, so there is no need to buy bottled mineral water. There is a washing machine, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board, broom. Living Rooms Open plan lounge/dining room with two leather sofas, one dining table with six chairs, satellite TV, DVD and VCR player. Patio doors lead to 'glassed' garden room (superb for cooler evenings or winter bookings) terrace with hot tub (hydro massage spa, please handle with care), gas BBQ, sunbeds, pool and garden. Further details outdoors: this Murcia villa has an attractive south-facing garden area on the resort perimeter between phase 1 and 2 with private outdoor swimming pool (7 x 4m) and hydo massage spa (can be heated for an additional cost) outside shower, shaded and unshaded patio area, outdoor garden table with six chairs, gas barbecue and four sunbeds. There is a private solarium on the upper level also with two additional sunbeds. A mature hedge surrounds the pool/garden area offering privacy from neighbouring villas and apartments. With living accommodation set on two levels with a staircase, this property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair. there is however a downstairs WC. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only.

Approx. 20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants.
5-10 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 30 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 10-minute drive away.
Approx. 20-30 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall.

Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.    

 A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. 

All bookings are subject to a £85 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

The hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of £45 per week.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Please note: Mar Menor is a 9-hole golf resort which is currently being extended to an 18-hole golf resort with additional apartments, in 2009 there was completed build work outside the resort perimeter.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
