Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with WC, shower, sink and bidet and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 with WC, shower/bath, sink and bidet. Kitchen: modern kitchen/diner, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glassware and cutlery . Utility Room: washing machine, clothes airer, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board. Living Rooms: open plan lounge/dining room with one L-shaped sofa, one dining table with six chairs, satellite/cable TV and VCR, DVD player. LAN internet access with resort internet card. Patio doors lead to main terrace with patio table and chairs. Other: the villa has tinted privacy windows and mosquito blinds for each room. The terrace has an extendable cover for shade and there are also sunbeds, a gas bbq, gas heater (gas not supplied) for cooler winter nights and an additional table with 4 chairs on the upper solarium. The south facing garden is also fully fenced. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels.

Murcia offers the holiday rentals market many wonderful golf apartments and villas with pools for summer holidays, so if you like to spend a few days in the sun by the pool and a day or so exploring the beautiful Costa Calida in Spain, here are a few ideas:

Approx. 20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants.
20 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 40 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away.
Approx. 30-40 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall.

Murcia is perfect for watersports enthusiasts with sailing, fishing and windsurfing on their doorstep as well as golfing holidays as guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other golf courses in the area including Polaris World’s Mar Menor Golf Resort, El Valle Golf Resort, Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum, Peraleja Golf, Roda Golf & Beach Club, Serena Golf near Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. A high chair and cot can be hired on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.

All bookings are subject to an 80 Euros cleaning/laundry fee (payable in resort) Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts.  If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
