The property/ies also has/have 2/4 sun beds (please ensure these are returned to the apartment each day and not left by the pool). Each penthouse also has a BBQ. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service Towels and linen are included. If an additional clean is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge. Please note: towels are for apartment use only and guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Please note: facilities are identical in each penthouse. Outdoors: There is one 20m long terrace area (if both penthouses are hired together) with one/two tables for alfresco dining. Guests have access to 2/4 large family communal pool directly next to the apartment block, as well as a children's pool, large jacuzzi & landscaped garden area, plenty of room for sunbathing. 4 granite tennis rackets per apartment are also available for hire, payable locally.

Murcia offers the holiday rentals market many wonderful golf apartments and villas with pools for summer holidays, so if you like to spend a few days in the sun by the pool and a day or so exploring the beautiful Costa Calida in Spain, here are a few ideas:

Approx. 20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants.
20 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 40 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away.
Approx. 30-40 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall.

Murcia is perfect for watersports enthusiasts with sailing, fishing and windsurfing on their doorstep as well as golfing holidays as guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other golf courses in the area including Polaris World’s Mar Menor Golf Resort, El Valle Golf Resort, Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum, Peraleja Golf, Roda Golf & Beach Club, Serena Golf near Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.    A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. All bookings are subject to a 75 Euro cleaning/laundry fee payable locally to the keyholder on arrival. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels. Please note: These prices are for each penthouse only, they can be hired together or individually.

Booking notes

Prices are per penthouse, per week (each has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people) in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold each property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. SAFETY NOTICE - Under no circumstances should people especially children sit on the outer terrace wall. 

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £200 security deposit, per penthouse is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.  For single sex groups we require a larger security deposit, please ask for details.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts.  If lost or misplaced a 30 EURO replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.

Please note these Murcia penthouses have unique glass curtains around each terrace for all year use.  Please use with care.
