Newly furnished villa with communal pool to an exceptionally high standard. This home offers a very relaxed feel perfect for any holiday. Relaxing lounge area offers flat screen TV, music system. Comfortable dining for 4 people inside or outside. Modern kitchen offers all needed appliances and extras. Air conditioned throughout. Master bedroom swings open to the outside patio area. Outdoors: Landscaped garden provides an excellent tranquil setting to enjoy your holiday. Large exterior dining area at the back of the house enables covered dining. Just a few steps away from swimming pool and you can enjoy a raised view of the pool from the balcony in the garden. Roof top area provides for sun-bathing or simply taking in the breathtaking views over Murcia's landscape.

Resort details

The house is located in the Golf Resort of Hacienda Del Alamo, endorsed by Peter Aliss and Miguel Jimenez and is tipped to host a European Tour event in the very near future.

The resort is in a rural setting surrounded by mountains and a 7,400 yard Championship Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas, this course will test every golfers skills. There is a golf academy course, two tiered driving range, pro shop and practice area.

The resorts unique Spanish Village opens beginning of 2008 and will offer 47 units including tapas bars, traditional Spanish / International bars / restaurants and shops.
The resort has many operational and planned sports activities including cycling, horse riding, tennis courts and children's play areas.

The local town of Fuente Alamo is 5 minutes away and offers a host of Spanish bars and restaurants. There is a large supermarket, ATM machines and a local newsagents selling English newspapers.

Local area

The region is renowned for its year round amazing climate and spectacular scenery.

The nearby Mar Menor unique for its warm waters and watersports combined with the bustling Spanish city of Murcia offer a unique location to suit all holiday makers.

The beaches of Mar Menor, Mazarron and Bolneuvo are 30 minutes away and offer warm waters and safe bathing. The region offers hiking, walking and mountain bike adventures in the nearby Sierra Espuna National Park.

The thriving city of Murcia offers fantastic shopping and all have easy access from the resort. The town is traditionally Spanish and now offers the opportunity of watching La Liga football at the La Nueva Condomina.
Barcelona, Real Madrid and Sevilla will be visiting to play FC Real Murcia in the 2007-2008 season

Travelling there

There are many airlines serving the region Alicante is served by budget and regular airlines and is around an hours drive on the A7 motorway.
Murcia San Javier airport is just 25 minutes drive away from Hacienda Del Alamo and is served by budget airlines to many UK / Ireland and European airports.

Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.    A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. All bookings are subject to a £75 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays. This is a strictly non-smoking villa. Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.  Please note: Connect Rentals can act only as a rental agent for the owner of this property
