Bedrooms Twin bedrooms - one downstairs and two upstairs dressed with twin beds, duvets, coverlettes for summer, a lamp and bedside cabinet completes the rooms. Master en suite - large master bedroom with kingsize bed, dressing table and stool, TV wall mounted and bedside tables. Complete with private terrace leading off with golf views. Master bathroom, with bath, shower over and toilet makes this a self- enclosed area. Bathrooms Bathrooms (2), en suite (1) , hairdryer. Kitchen Large openplan kitchen diner leads to living room area. Dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, table and 6 chairs. Complete with cutlery glasses and crockery for 8 people. Ironing board, iron and clothes line. Lounge Two wicker/cream sofas, large flat screen TV (satellite channels) Playstation2, CD unit, internal resort telephone only. The owners have provided a Playstation2 and a Ipod portal for the renters pleasure, with WiFi available on the resort at the leisure centre. Other Private pool (6x3m) with fabulous views of the golf course 4th fairway. A dining table with 6 chairs and a BBQ complete the terrace and there are six sunloungers. An easy sofa and two chairs with coffee table for evening drinks or a day time break form the pool and sun. A large umbrella and stand are provided for shad. There is also a table football available for guests also. The pool can be heated for an additional cost and has a cover for winter months. The villa also has a safe that guests can use. The villa also benefits from fly screens. Accessibility With living accommodation set on two levels with a staircase, this property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair. There is however a downstair bedroom and bathroom as well as open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. Outside Balcony/terrace, private outdoor pool (heated), private garden, barbeque. There are also two upper level solariums (please supervise children at all times.

Approx. 20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants.
5-10 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 30 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 10-minute drive away.

Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.  The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £60 per week

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. 

All bookings are subject to a £95 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Please note: Mar Menor is a 9-hole golf resort which is currently being extended to an 18-hole golf resort with additional apartments, there is building work outside the resort perimeter.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
