5-10 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets.
Approx. 30 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace.
Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid.
Approx. 50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks.
A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 10-minute drive away.
Approx. 20-30 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall.

Notes on prices

If you require the pool to be heated there is an additional charge of £100 per week. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 a week. Cleaning charge is standard on all properties at a charge of £90.

Booking notes

Booking notes £100 deposit, per week, is required to hold the villa. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 11am on the day of departure, this can be discussed.

Security deposit

Security deposit In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable within seven days after your holiday, providing there is no damage during your stay.
