When booking you agree to our terms and conditions.

Balance of the rent is payable not less than 8 weeks before start of rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Agent reserves the right to give notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment is made by credit cards, There is also a 3.5% credit card handling charge when booking. The Client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner's insurance.

Booking notes

Deposit of 30% is due when the client confirms the booking. The following cancellation charges will apply: 56+days= deposit, 28-41days= 50%, 14-27days= 75% and 0-14days= 100%. Min £100 Deposit to secure booking.

Standard £150 refundable Security Deposit
