The lounge area is fully equipped with a LCD television which has all English/Spanish/French/German channels to make it home from home. All linen, towels, including beach towels and a hairdryer are provided. Internet access can be obtained from the clubhouse/hotel. There is a telephone in the apartment but for incoming calls only, however, you can call the clubhouse to make reservations for all activities. There is a lift to all floors and basement secure parking.

Notes on prices

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Shorter stays for golfers and families are welcome at £55 per night, plus a standard cleaning fee. Changeover day Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred for week-long bookings.

Booking notes

£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £55 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome at a rate of £55 a night, plus a standard cleaning fee. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year are £225 a week, plus a cleaning fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay. Please note: Connect Rentals acts only as a rental agent for the owner of this property.
