Notes on accommodation

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes (incorporating a floor safe) and double french doors which open to garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has shower, spa massage bath, inset twin sinks, bidet and toilet. A further two double bedrooms have twin beds and large fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes a separate bathroom with shower, inset single sink, toilet and bidet.

Be one of the first golfers to play the impressive Nicklaus designed El Valle course. The 18 hole El Valle Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 71 and 6145m course built to professional standards. Set in over 1, 100,000 square metres, this beautiful course is surrounded by stunning countryside near Banos Y Mendigo, with a breathtaking backdrop of the Murcian Mountains,this course is guaranteed to get your heart pumping The golf course is designed with a 'desert' theme and is landscaped around rock-outcroppings, a wide variety of shrubs and desert grasses plus water features including two lakes and waterfall conformations. Accuracy is the name of the game rather than length if you wish to master this excellent golf course. The golf course winds through the exclusive El Valle Resort & Spa and takes full advantage of its desert setting with numerous holes playing adjacent to both the naturally existing rock-outcroppings and ridges and also the impressive villas. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players. Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A courtesy coach is available throughout the day to transfer you and your clubs for free.

THE REGION El Valle is situated in the province of Murcia which is in the South East of mainland Spain and boasts over 230 km of golden sandy beaches, the shores of which are flanked by 2 seas the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The Mar Menor or (small sea) is Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with 175 square kilometres of shallow water. The beaches of San Pedro del Pinatar are unusual, facing the deep blue of the Mediterranean on one side and the saltwater lagoon of Mar Menor on the other, where the water temperature can reach a hot 30º in August

Travelling there

El Valle is accessible from the C3319 which runs between Los Alcazares and San Javier airport. (Murcia) , just off the AP-7 Travelling time is approx 15 minutes from SanJavier airport; alternatively the airport of Alicante is approximately 50 minutes away from the resort. SHOPPING Los Alcazares and San Javier have supermarkets where you can find many English branded goods(should you have a craving for good ol’ Heinz Beans) with an array of local shops should you want to go native!! Dos Mares shopping mall is the nearest and is about 15 minutes away at San Pedro Pinatar, you will find an array of shops to suit all tastes, cafés and an extensive food hall. Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is around 20 minutes away from El Valle with numerous restaurants and cafes, lots of outlets offering everything, from food to Haute Couture Boutiques, including Mango, Zara, Springfield and Pull and Bear there’s even C&A. Spain's largest IT store Saturn which stocks the most up to date, high tech equipment at extremely competitive prices can also be found there and if you just want to chill checkout the 10 pin bowling and a 6 screen cinema, sure to be a hit with all the family. . HISTORY Murcia Cathedral, a 600 year old building has many Renaissance and Baroque elements, although its interior is basically Gothic.Check it out!! The Port of Cartagena is a must do visit. Founded by the Carthaginians in 227 it was the place where Hannibal departed to fight against the Romans, as you can imagine the Port is steeped in history and beautiful architecture including some of the most wonderful façade’s. There are numerous museums housing every thing from Roman Mosaics to a collection of elephant tusks with Phoenician inscriptions, the only one of its kind in the world, there’s even a life-size model of a Roman merchant ship.

WATER SPORTS There is an array of watersports, such as sailing, swimming, scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing and kitesurfing to be found at the near by beach of Los Alcazares.The mountainous interior also antes up walking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, cycling and even rock climbing. WATER AND ANIMAL PARK For those wanting a little more fun Terra Aqua Murcia and Animal Park provides a fun day out for all ages. The Park is just 15 minutes from El Valle, on the way to Nueva Condominia.

Notes on prices

CLEANING/LAUNDARY... There is a charge of 100 euros payable on arrival.This is for the cleaning of the villa on your departure. Additional mid stay cleaning can be arranged and are payable locally to our host. All Linen and Towels are provided ( except beach towels, please bring your own ) CATERING PACKS FOR LATE ARRIVALS A catering pack can be arranged for late arrival at the villa, please ask for details.

Bank Transfer, Cheque, PayPal The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Security deposit

DEPOSIT/BALANCE 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your booking to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking. BOND A £200 bond against breakages will be required and this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occurred during your stay.
