A parasol with 4 sunbeds is also available and a bbq. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an additional charge. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring there own beach towels. Accessibility This property is situated on the two levels with stair access. The property has one a bathroom and one bedroom on the lower floor, making it ideal for guests with walking difficulties. Outside There are two outside terraces/sun terraces in total. Guests have access to a large communal pool, which is a 5-minute walk, with plenty of room for sunbathing. Guests can use any of the resorts 12 communal pools. There are also many children’s play areas available for use. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk away.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Booking notes

£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £60 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome and will be charged at £70 a night, plus a standard cleaning fee. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £325 a week.

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
