Notes on prices

These prices are for each apartment (sleeps 4 each) only, they can be hired together or individually.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 a week each.

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £120 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Booking notes

Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.

£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of 65 euros applies to all bookings and is payable locally. Weekend golf breaks are welcome at £60 a night, plus a clean fee. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

This apartment can be hired individually (sleeps 4) or together with the neighbouring apartment, sleeping 8 in total. It is ideal for groups of golfers or families wanting to be together but with their own living space.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no missing items or damage during your stay.
