Notes on accommodation

Kitchen - The kitchen is large and very well equipped with all ususal kitchen items, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and has plenty of corockery and utensils as well as toaster microwave and even an extra dining table.

Livingroom - Very bright and feels very spacious with 2 walls of patio doors and large windows looking out over the pool and terraces, very comfortably furnished and room for all, 2 large sofas and 2 easy chairs, TV with a selection of English German and Spanish channels, DVD – remember to bring some DVD’s. Open fireplace, coffee table.

Diningroom - The dining area is open plan to the living room and has a beautiful large table with pull out flaps allowing room to seat 8 comfortably.

Suitability - This property is ideal for all groups family and friends holiday and groups of golfers.
Children would need to be supervised around the pool.
The property has good wheelchair access although there is a steep drive and a couple of small steps, as it has wide and spacious hallways and 2 bedrooms on the ground floo$r.

Resort details

The house is located in the Golf Resort of Hacienda Del Alamo, endorsed by Peter Aliss and Miguel Jimenez and is tipped to host a European Tour event in the very near future.

The resort is in a rural setting surrounded by mountains and a 7,400 yard Championship Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas, this course will test every golfers skills. There is a golf academy course, two tiered driving range, pro shop and practice area.

The resorts unique Spanish Village opens beginning of 2008 and will offer 47 units including tapas bars, traditional Spanish / International bars / restaurants and shops.
The resort has many operational and planned sports activities including cycling, horse riding, tennis courts and children's play areas.

The local town of Fuente Alamo is 5 minutes away and offers a host of Spanish bars and restaurants. There is a large supermarket, ATM machines and a local newsagents selling English newspapers.

The region is renowned for its year round amazing climate and spectacular scenery.

The nearby Mar Menor unique for its warm waters and watersports combined with the bustling Spanish city of Murcia offer a unique location to suit all holiday makers.

The beaches of Mar Menor, Mazarron and Bolneuvo are 30 minutes away and offer warm waters and safe bathing. The region offers hiking, walking and mountain bike adventures in the nearby Sierra Espuna National Park.

The thriving city of Murcia offers fantastic shopping and all have easy access from the resort. The town is traditionally Spanish and now offers the opportunity of watching La Liga football at the La Nueva Condomina.
Barcelona, Real Madrid and Sevilla will be visiting to play FC Real Murcia in the 2007-2008 season.

Travelling there

There are many airlines serving the region Alicante is served by budget and regular airlines and is around an hours drive on the A7 motorway.
Murcia San Javier airport is just 25 minutes drive away from Hacienda Del Alamo and is served by budget airlines to many UK / Ireland and European airports.

Additional items such as cots high chairs etc. can be arranged from £20 each per week.

Booking notes

£100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. 

Security deposit

Security deposit: in addition, a separate £150 - £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
