Notes on accommodation

Upper level has double ensuite bedroom with his and hers walk in wardrobes and private terrace with sun loungers. Two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom on the lower level. Hairdryers iron and ironing board supplied.

Lounge/diner extends onto terrace with table and chairs, 32” flat screen TV, DVD, satellite showing all UK channels.

The shared pool is encircled by lush green gardens and palm trees, owners provide 4 sun loungers for sole use by guests.

Resort details

The Nueva Ribera Beach Club combines the outstanding features of the architecture and landscape gardening of the resort in a unique space, with private accesses to the Welness and the Fitness Centre for members and residents. Enjoy the pool, the fantastic buffet of the terraza-grill with beautiful views of the sea. A unique Beach Club in eastern Spain, which, because of its location and atmosphere, is an ideal place to have a drink with friends in the evening.

Nueva Ribera Beach Club is designed by some of the most prestigious contemporary architects, with extensive experience, having designed the most exclusive residential developments in Spain, Miami and Latin America: Hugo Torrico and Jaime Hernandez from Archiplan. The architecture that they have established for Nueva Ribera has been conceived to live comfortably, with all the amenities and features required to benefit from the position of Nueva Ribera right on the seafront, and its beach, not forgetting the countless details that confirm the quality, exdusivety and beauty of the entire setting.

Details such as underground the garages in order to improve the visual impact of the entire resort, numerous swimming pools and flowing water, which gives a distinctive atmosphere and sound, landscape gardening, with trees and plants, enticing for strolls and contemplation, and a style of houses which are unique in the south east Spain.

Local area

The Nueva Ribera Beach Club is located at the shore of the Mar Menor in Los Alcazares. The most remarkable thing about Los Alcazares is its outstanding location on the calm shores of the Mar Menor. This peculiar feature marked its origin and over the years has become the reason for its subsequent development. Its former inhabitants, Romans and Arabs, gradually settled along its coast and beaches (currently with EU blue flag status), attracted by its calm waters and exceptional climate. Traces of these settlements can still be found in different parts of the town.

Los Alcazares is thriving with extremely interesting tourist, leisure and commercial amenities. There is a large shopping centre just a few minutes from Nueva Ribera and a wide choice of bars and restaurants along the esplanade, where you can savour bar snacks (tapas) or have a drink in the evening.

Guests have access to the resort's 9-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre Golf Resorts (18 hole), Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £200; this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
