Notes on accommodation

It is beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard, light, airy and is very comfortable. There is air conditioning throughout, together with ceiling fans in all rooms, and centrally heated for the cooler months.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room including dishwasher, and a separate utility room having washer/dryer & ample storage.

 The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Patio doors lead onto the large private terrace & garden offering alfresco dining.

The entrance hall with shower room off, has a sweeping staircase with iron balustrade up to the second floor. There is a large landing area with a French door leading out onto one of the two sun terraces with lovely views.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and fitted wardrobes sharing a large shower room fully tiled in Italian marble with w/c and wash basin. The luxury and spacious master bedroom has a French door leading onto the private sun terrace with views of the golf course and distant mountains. It also benefits from a dressing area with large fitted wardrobes leading to the fully marble tiled en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. 

The villa includes an internal telephone system available for free calls & hotel services within the resort complex which can also accept national & international calls. The villa is furnished and equipped to ensure both families and golfers have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Outside, the villa also offers dining furniture, sun loungers and portable barbecue so guests may dine alfresco. The large pool is gated so ideal for the safety of small children, and includes a separate shallow area, in-built steps, lighting and poolside shower. The villa also has a covered parking area and drive.

Although we employ a strict no smoking policy within the villa we welcome careful & courteous smokers outside only.

The sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other holiday activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading, hiking and horse riding. The sandy beaches of Mar Menor are also ideal for young families on Spanish villa holidays as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade at Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera or San Javier and there are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.

Once you’ve chosen to rent an apartment or villa with pool, getting to Murcia is easy and you can normally book cheap flights to either Alicante Airport or Murcia Javier Airport via the following airlines, just make sure you book early!

Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.    

A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. 

All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10.30am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
