Notes on accommodation

This is a modern split level villa with pool with a sunken lounge that includes air conditioning, comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. The lounge has patio doors that lead out onto a terrace area. The upper level dining area has seating for 6 people. The villa also has a high specification fully fitted kitchen which includes oven / hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and doors opening directly onto an open terrace area with a stunning view over the valley. Two other bedrooms on the lower level (via an internal staircase) are equipped with twin beds, fitted wardrobes in each room and have direct access to the pool terrace through the patio doors in each room. There is also a separate fully fitted shower room on this lower level including a toilet. Ceiling fans fitted in all bedrooms with one of these lower rooms including air conditioning.

Full under floor heating available (at extra cost) for winter lets and also welcome packs are available (upon request) on your arrival at the villa.

Outside the villa is a 8m x 4m kidney shaped private pool with outside shower and landscaped Mediterranean gardens. The pool terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers, side tables and parasol and the separate BBQ terrace comes equipped with a built in stone BBQ, stone table and 3 large benches for seating.

The beauty of Casa Bella is it offers you different terraces, one of them which is accessible from dining room offers you a place for breakfast, lunch and dinner dining. There is also a covered terrace accessible from lounge and dining room which allows you to sit with your wine and book to take in the views over the mountains or out to sea.

The pool terrace is a large open private space which offers a outside shower faciltiy and allows space for a large parasol and sun lounges
Barbecue terrace has a traditional stone barbecue with stone table and benches which allows sitting for 6 - wonderful views again from this terrace with a little shading available from pine tree.

Resort details

For the golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby. Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic Animal Park), Aqualandia (water Fun Park) and Terra Mitica (theme park). Denia is known for its water sports which include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, and jet skis. Lemon Express is an excellent way of enjoying the scenery it consists of a narrow gauge railway from Denia to Alicante.

Local area

The area is an excellent location for walking and cycling. The unspoilt Spanish village of Orba is less than 5 minutes drive away where you will find local bars, shops and restaurants. Inexpensive meals can be enjoyed, why pay more on the coast when you have the spectacular views to enjoy. Denia has beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and nightlife and this is only a 20 minute drive away. Other beach resorts like Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within a 30 minute drive. Many of these towns have markets through out the week where some very nice Spanish items can be purchased.

Security deposit

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £300; this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
