Notes on accommodation

There is satellite t.v. with stations in various languages and something to suit all ages.  There is also a telephone that can be used to receive calls and to dial out to anybody else on site.

Resort details

The resort has a beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are plenty communal pools, and childrens play areas.  There is a clubhouse with bars and restaurant and supermarket  where you can hire a bike for the day.  There is also a gym next to the supermarket and all these are within 10 minutes walking distance from the villa.

Local area

Known as Spains warmest coast with over 320 days of sunshine a year the beautiful urbanizacion of El  Valle is reputed to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of  all Polaris World,s developments.  There is something for everyone, whether it is shopping in Murcia city which is just 30 minutes drive away or relaxing on the many beaches along the coast, including the beautiful bay of the Mar Menor.  Within a few minutes drive you can visit one of the typical Spanish villages or if you like night life a drive into the Cabo Roig area where there are clubs, restaurants, bars and much more.

Travelling there

Murcia San Javier airport is the nearest to El Valle being 30 minutes drive from the resort.  Alicante is approximately 50 minutes drive and both airports have many different plane companies that use the airports.  Ryanair and Jet 2 and very reasonable and if you go on Moneysupermarkets web site you can pick up some bargains sometimes.  Economy Car Rentals are very reasonable and these can also be found on the web.

Places of interest

There are many beaches along the Costa Calida coast and we recommend you visit one at Los Alcazares which is on the Mar Menor, it is beautiful.  If you fancy a change you will see the beaches signposted along the AP7.  Murcia city centre is a must if you like historical buildings and a visit to the Cathedral there is a must.  For your shopping there is a large precinct Called Dos Mares (exit 777 on the AP7 heading towards Alicante), where you will find numerous shops and eating places.

Activities

There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course and if you fancy a change there is a free bus service that will take you to the other Polaris Worlds developments. There are two tennis courts and you can hire a bike from the supermarket on site.

Notes on prices

There is a cot available on request and someone will meet you at the gate with the keys and take you to your villa.

Booking notes

A deposit of £150 is required and the balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payments should be made by cheque to the owner and name and address will be sent upon request of booking.

Security deposit

A £100 bond is required against breakages and this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occurred during your stay.
