The open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceiling gives a light airy feeling as you enter. French doors lead to the private swimming pool from the lounge and also the master bedroom. The fully fitted kitched is complete with integrated appliances, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. The separate utility room has a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are good sized and have ample wardrobe/storage space. The master bedroom has a digital fitted safe for your personal security and an en suite with jacuzzi bath. The other two bedrooms have two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space and there is a shower room with toilet, bidet and cupboards.
We have provided table and chairs for outside dining and there are sun loungers and very comfortable garden furniture to relax on while enjoying your barbecue.

There is a supermarket on site as well as a clubhouse, restaurant and Irish Bar. There are two tennis courts plus a beautiful Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course.

Known as Spain,s warmest coast with over 320 days of sunshine a year the beautiful urbanizacion of El Valle is reputed to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of all Polaris World,s developments. There is something for everyone to do whether it be shopping in Murcia city, which is just a 30 minute drive away, or relaxing on the many beaches along the coast including the beautiful bay of the Mar Menor. Within a feq minutes drive you can be in one of the typical spanish villages or if you like the night life a drive into the Cabo Roig area has clubs, restaurants and much more.
Travelling there
The nearest airport to El Valle is Murcia San Javier which is approx. a 30 minute drive. Ryanair and Jet2 do cheap flights to this region depending on the time of year. Alicante airport is also suitable being approx 50 minutes away. There will be another airport opening hopefully in 2010 called Corvera Airport which will be even closer. A good and cheap car rental is Economy Car Rentals, who can be found on the web.

Places of interest
There are many beautiful beaches along the coast of the Costa Calida. We recommend you try out the beach at Los Alcazares which is on the Mar Menor, or if you want a change when travelling along the AP7 you will see the beaches signposted. A good place for shopping is at Dos Mares which is exit 777 on the AP7 where you will find lots of different shops and cafes, MacDonalds etc. If you like looking at historic buildings we suggest a trip into Murcia City where the Cathedral is a must. There is a gymnasium on site next to the supermarket.

Notes on prices
A cot is available if required free of charge. We have two villas identically decorated near to one another so can cater for parties up to 12.
Booking notes
A deposit to reserve the villa of £150 is required and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Payment should be made by cheque to the owners, details of which will be given when booking.
Security deposit
A £100 bond is required against breakages and damage and this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occurred during your stay.
