Notes on accommodation

Whole apartment is air conditioned. Master bedroom has king size bed and there are french doors onto the very large sun terrace; which is equipped for outdoor living having 6 seater dining table with parasol, a coffee table with 2 seater sofa and large chairs. There are two sun loungers,also, the communal pool, which is in direct view from the terrace, has additional sun loungers. There is a set of golf clubs which you are welcome to use. Please note the Golf course etiquette requires the normal dress code you'd expect for a high standard course including a handicap certificate which can be assessed and certified by the pro for a small fee..

Located on Polaris Worlds flagship El Valle 18 hole Golf Resort. Residents at El Valle may play at other PolarisWorld courses on the Nicklaus Golf Trail; currently includes Hacienda Requileme and La Torre (free shuttle bus to other Polaris sites).

There is plenty to explore locally, as well as the very clean beaches of the Mar Menor (20min drive) there are  mountains and hills nearby, perfect for walking and with stunning scenery. The Sierra Espuna is approx 40 minutes drive away with spectacular views. There is also Cartegana where there are ancient ruins and the city of Murcia with its beautiful Cathedral. There are shopping malls in Murcia city and near San Javier. In summary there is plenty to  see and do.

Ryanair www.ryanair.com , Monarch http://flights.monarch.co.uk/ Jet2 http://www.jet2.com BMI baby http://www.bmibaby.com/ all fly into Murcia San Javier MJV which is the nearest airport to El Valle i.e. approx 20mins/35km by car. For Alicante Airport you can fly with Easyjet http://www.easyjet.com and BMI baby; note please check with your local airport as there may be others.

From Murcia San javier airport follow AP7 signposted Murcia leading to the C3319 towards Murcia stay on this road and you will pass Polaris world office and La Torre Golf Resort on your left. When you pass La Torre you are approx 5 Miles from the resort of El Valle which will appear on your right side, The turn off to El Valle is opposite a Petrol station with a very large sign of the resort. Sat Nav Co-ordinates North 37 52 613 West 1 05 193.

Notes on prices

Cleaning charges (60 euros) and welcome pack (20 euros) are direct extra costs to be paid direct to the key holder on arrival. Cot and high chair included at no extra cost. Meet and greet available at extra cost, 20 euros on the resort or at a pre-agreed cost depending on arrival airport.

Booking notes

Initial deposit of £100 secures booking this is non refundable within 6 weeks of the holiday date. Balance is required within 6 weeks of the holiday start date. Payment by cheque or wire transfer. Apartment available from 4pm and requires to be vacated by 12 noon this to allow cleaning. Linen change can be aranged if required with the key holder, this is a direct cost of 30 euros to be paid to the key holder

Security deposit

£100 security deposit required at time of booking, this is refunded following inspection by the apartment management/cleaning company to confirm there are no breakages etc.
