Welcome to our family holiday home. We offer a lovely front line semi detached Villa, comfortable and well appointed with3 bedrooms (one double & two twins plus a fold away bed if needed). There is a terrace on the ground floor for alfresco dining, kitchen, lounge/diner (with TV, DVD & music system), bedroom (twin) and toilet, on the first floor is the master bedroom with it's own balcony with open view down towards the coast, another twin bedroom and the main bathroom. Each room has a very effective cooling ceiling fans. The third floor is a secluded private sun terrace, perfect for that all over tan, of course there is a sun canopy if required. There is a shared , safe gated pool area with one large pool as well as a childrens one. There are also childrens play areas nearby.
This part of Spain benefits from around 320 days sun per year. The local area is famous for the Villamartin Championship golf course as well as two other fine courses within 10 minutes drive. Also only a 10 minute drive away are the wonderfull clean sandy beaches of La Zenia, Cala Capatain, Cabo Roig and many more, these are amongst the best beaches in Spain. There is a riding stables within a 5 minute walk & 10 minute walk will get you to Villamartin plaza, where there is a wide viariety of bars and restraunts catering for all budgets and tastes, but there are also many other bars restraunts and supermarkets easily accessible. Our urbanisation has landscaped safe adult & childrens pool & play area's. Villamartin golf course is walking distance, Villamartin plaza has a wide variety of restraunts & bars, locally there is a riding school & bowls club, buses run regularly to beaches & surrounding towns. There are supermarkets close by.
Local area
The area is famous for salt production from the many lagoons. You will often see flamingo's on the lagoons. There is a nature reserve at La Mata (about 15 min drive). Torrevieja has a spendid promenade walk & benefited from major beutification projects. The front is a favourite walk for many locals & is a great place for a family visit in the evenings. The beaches locally are some of the best in Spain & all have toilet & beach bar facilities. This part of Spain benefits from around 320 days sun per year with a warm pleasant climate most of the year.
Travelling there
Most major airlines fly into the 2 closests airports. The main airport is Alicante, Murcia is slightly smaller but closer. Car hire is abundant at the airports (pre booking is advised). Local taxis charge around 40/50e from/to Alicante.

Places of interest
Local beaches are amongst the best, most have lifegaurd & red cross, most have beach bars & toilets. Beaches are amazingly clean, many are blue flag. Golf courses are plentifull & are amongst the most sought after to play on. Villamartin is a championship course, Campoamar & Las Ramblas are of a high standard. Definatly worth visiting cities of Alicante, Murcia, Cartegna, Elche is also well worth a visit. A 2 hour drive away is the magnificent splendour of the Sierra De Espuna national park, stunning mountain scenery.
Activities
Golfers paradise, many stay here to play the local courses & take a drive over to La Manga to play there without the high cost of accomodation. Kids, well, the local beaches will keep them quiet day in day out, there are pedalo's from many beaches with boat hire & jet ski from some.

Notes on prices
Second week discounts, also short breaks considered. Long term or winter let enquiries welcome. Charges include clean at end of stay including linen, laundry etc.
Booking notes
bookings confirmed on reciept of 20% deposit, balance to be paid & cleared 4 weeks before stay. Payment can be by cheque, cash or bank transfer.Check in times usually 3pm, checkout time usually 10am.
Security deposit
A £250.00 security deposit covering damage or lost keys will be required. this will be returned within 7 days of checkout. Cheques with cheque card will be held by agreement only.
