Notes on accommodation

The apartment is a less than 5 min walk to the town centre which encorporates a supermarket,pub and restaurants, the island has 2 private infinity pools,There is a childrens play area for smaller children, a club house where there is outside gym equipment overlooking the lake and mountain views.it also encorporates a boules area darts,table tennis and other various games the club house is air conditioned. There is a weekly market on a saturday starts at 6pm to 11 pm with various stalls selling local produce linen bric a brac and clothes.

There are fiestas that run through the months of July and August the August fiesta comprised of medieval theme that was a spectacular event with camels a market donkey rides football tournaments childrens singing competiton rounded off with a spectacular firework display. 

. the resort is equipped with gates controlledby security staff.the access to the residential areas will therefore be totally exclusive safe.condado de alhama is a place where you can take a leisurely stroll with no worries and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

the town of cartagena has many great restaurants,cafes and bars and many historic sites to visit and with a maritime background.the nearby spanish town of alhama de murcia is well worth a visit for good shops,bars and resturants.mazarron which is about 25 min drive away,where you can spend a lively evening and enjoy its magnificent restaurants after a day on the beach.also murcia capital city with great shops ,food , bars and places of intrest.

condado has a 18-hole jack nickalas signature course and with most of the other polarisworld  resorts within easy access,this is great for the beginner to the keenest of golfers.the condado course has had rave reviews from professional to beginner and is a great base for golf meetings and events.

check-in    is at 3pm on the day of arrival and check is 11am on the day of departure    ( subject to flight times )

weekend to weekend bookings are preferred

Booking notes

£100.00 deposit  ( non- refundable ) per week is required to hold the property,full payment should be made 8 weeks before arrival

a addditional cleaning/ laundry fee of 45 euros applies to all bookings    ( payable to the keyholder on arrival )

Security deposit

in addition a separate £100.00 secuirty deposit is required when booking

there is no call out charges for genuine emergencies beyond your control,such as leaks,break-ins or any problem that requires urgent repair to maintain habitability

and safety to you.members of your party and the property.

if the call out involves the loss of keys or anything arising from the behaviour or negligence of you or a member of your party then a charge from 50 euros will be made
