Perfect for villa holidays on the Costa Blanca in Spain, Quesada is renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe. Sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain simply has it all. Nearer to home, Guardamar beach being the nearest to Quesada's villas is only a ten minute drive, but offers 14 km of sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and watersports.

The busy and vibrant town of Quesada is just ten miles away from the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. If you are a golfer nearby you will find many beautiful and high quality golf courses such as, La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante, El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few. This is a superb area for an affordable villa holiday on the beautiful Costa Blanca, Spain.

Once you’ve decided to rent an apartment or villa with pool, flying to Alicante and Murcia is easy and you can normally book cheap flights and cheap villa holidays to either Alicante Airport or Murcia Javier Airport via the following airlines, just make sure you book early!

Places of interest

if you are staying at one of the Costa Blanca's private villas with pools, there are many places of interest, including Alicante a city were people fly into but rarely visit. The city has beautiful tree lined boulevards, many shops, a wonderful marina and many great Tapas Bars.

The Castillo Santa Barbara, which is the castle at one end of the city, built centuries ago to fend off the invading Moors.

Nearby is Murcia city the old Spanish Baroque City, now with a fashionable contemporary shopping centre.

The Historic city of Cartagena, throughout the ages many foreign armies have occupied the city, the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians and Romans.

The old town of Guardamar is approximately 10 minutes away by car and has a weekly street market, Tapas Bars, Restaurants, and superb blue flag beaches.

The local waterparks at Quesada and Torrevieja, are ideal for all the family and are open every day during the Summer months.

An hour away you will find the ever popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park. Quesada is a perfect town in many ways, not only for relaxing villa holidays but long term visits, especially winter and golf breaks in Spain.

 You will also find the fabulous beaches of Murcia's Mar Menor nearby (Los Alcazares) as well as a variety of Polaris World golf resorts. 

The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine.Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.

The coastline is a great place to live, it has facilities that match the most sophisticated cities and regions in Europe. The whole area is a golfer's paradise with many courses to International standard, La Manga being just one of them. Notes on prices

All bookings are subject to a £95 cleaning/laundry fee. Bath towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels. 

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property.

Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.

The pool can be heated for an additional £80 per week.

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.  A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details. 

Booking notes

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
