The apartment is on a large man made islandsourrouned by a large lake, with small road bridge enterance which is manned by 24hr security very safe.5 minutes walk away is the Alkazar precinct which has large fully stocked supermarket, 2 restaurants an irish bar and golfing shop. Next to the Alkaxar is the start of the 18 Hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Main bedroom and lounge have sliding doors to patio. Patio has wonderful views over lake with mountains in the distance including the new paramount theme park (when its built) and view of one of the 2 communal infinity swimming pools.

Travelling there
Nearest airports are San Javier 40 mins away, and Alicante 1hr 10 mins away there is a new airport called Corrvera due to be completed in early 2011 and that will be 20 Mins away. Which ever airport you use its very easy to get to the apartment as motorways nearly all the way. When you book you will be emailed very detailed instructions on how to get to the to the apartment where you will be met by our Keyholder who will supply you with keys and show you around the apartment.

Within easy reach of the resort by car is the spectacular sierra espuna national park , the new marina at Puerto de Mazarron with its new promenade fantastic views and excellent beach, ideal for children, lots of really good restaurants, cafes and bars,etc . nearby are the historical towns cartagena,totana,lorca, and the city of murcia, all within 45 minutes drive by car. Please note that is a stong possibility that Paramount studios will be building a massive Theme Park and film studios close by that will be bigger and better than Euro Disney Paris. Apparently discussions are at an advancd stage.

Walkig Cycling Tennis squash and 18 Hole golf Course. Ther is also at least 4 other 18 Hole Polaris World Golf Courses within an hours drive from the apartment. We have a contact who can arrange a schedule and book courses includung clubs for hire

Weekend to Weekend bookings are preferred but we will try to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate your needs
Booking notes
£100.00 deposit ( non- refundable ) per week is required to hold the property, full payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival
An addditional cleaning/ laundry fee of 50 euros applies to all bookings ( payable to the keyholder on arrival )
Security deposit
in addition a separate £100.00 secuirty deposit is required when booking

There is no call out charges for genuine emergencies beyond your control,such as leaks,break-ins or any problem that requires urgent repair to maintain habitability
and safety to you.members of your party and the property.
There is a charge of 50 Euros if the call out involves the loss of keys or anything arising from the behaviour or negligence of you or a member of your party.
