The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard, including, a leather sofa, quality beds and matresses, an LCD TV with UK channels, free broadband internet, garden furniture including sun loungers and an outdoor comfortable lounge set, dining table and chairs and a large parasol. The villa benefits from air conditioning for cooling off during the summer months and central heating for the chillier winter nights.

Outside there is a new 7m x 3m private salt water heated (optional) swimming pool with roman steps, a large terraced area around the pool, a soft tub jacuzzi, a dining terrace off the lounge with a pergola, a BBQ and roof top solarium, that's a sun trap throughout the year. There's also plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating.

Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away.
