Notes on accommodation

Master bedroom on first floor, double bed (May be made into two singles) en suite equipped with shower over bath, a large wash basin, bidet. This room has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs and also access to a larger balcony equipped with a rattan lounge two chairs and table. Second bedroom, two singles(can be double) on first floor with en suite containing shower over bath, large basin, bidet. Third bedroom, two singles(can be double )on ground floor private bathroom, shower over bath, large basin, bidet. There is an 80 Euro charge payable upon arrival to our on site housekeeper for the cleaning of the villa and for the laundering of the linen upon your departure. All bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and tea towels are supplied.
There is a fully refundable £200 security deposit against breakages, lost keys and lost wristbands payable three weeks before the commencement of your holiday and returnable as soon as we have heard from our houskeeper that all is well.

Master bedroom is tastefully decorated with pictures and light fittings. Two bedside cabinets with draws either side of the large double bed that can be separated into two singles if desired. Please notify us when booking. A large built in wardrobe with sliding doors and three draws give plenty of clothes space. A safe is incorporated into this unit. Plenty of coat hangers supplied. This bedroom gives access to two balconies equipped with chairs and tables. Second bedroom on first floor is also decorated with pictures and light fittings. Two single 3' beds can be combined into one double if desired. Please notify us when booking. A large built in wardrobe with sliding doors and three draws gives plenty of storage. Plenty of coat hangers supplied.

Resort details

La Torre is an eighteen hole golf resort designed by Jack Nicholson. It has all the amenities expected of a first rate golf club. A large club house caters for many functions or just a drink or even a meal in a large well appointed restaurant. The bar has a large flat screen TV for viewing sports events. Hotel now open giving extra amenities.

Local area

Murcia is one of the most beautiful unspoilt regions of Spain, boasting 320 days of sunshine throughout the year and an average temperature of 21c. Murcia city itself is an architecturally striking cosmopolitan city. Offering numerous golf courses, mountains, nature reserves, beauty spots, walking trails, Hot springs since Roman times with thermal swimming pools at 37c. Skiing at Sierra Nevada (2-3 hrs) and Canoeing on the Segura River and reservoirs.

Balscicas station is 4km away going to Madrid, Murcia City or Cartagena. The Mar Menor sea is a large salt lake and is one of the biggest natural spas in the world and is considered the best places to practise water sports throughout the year. This area offers many endless unspoilt tranquil beaches, and fishing ports. Los Acazares has a 9 km stretch of sand with a 5km promenade. Nearby is the Infanta Cristina Sports Centre where many famous elite sportsmen and women in the world of waters sports come to train. Known as MAGICAL MURCIA

Travelling there

Please note at certain times of the year the flights to Murcia airport are limited but Alicante airport is 115 kilometres away this is one and half hours steady driving along the a7 motorway and then the c3319. Alicante being a larger airport offers more flights.
