Exclusively Murcia are delighted to offer this beautifully furnished two bedroom villa with a private pool at the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is furnished to a high standard with good quality furniture and is very well equipped. Very much a home from home this villa is perfect for self catering holidays and golf breaks.
The villas facilities include: air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, central heating, a 40" Samsung TV with SKY channels (including sky sports), a Playstation 3, Nespresso coffee machine, two sets of golf clubs (ladies and gents - Cobra and Callaway), two trolleys, a computer desk and modem and a private garden with pool. By the pool there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs for dining al-fresco and four sun loungers. The fenced garden is a perfect area for children to play.
The accommodation includes a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, patio doors leading to the covered terrace/pool and a WC. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with bath and shower and a large solarium off the upper hall. The is a double sofa bed in the lounge to allow occupancy up to six people.
