Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be ordered on request.  All bookings are subject to a £85 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay, this will be an extra charge (payable locally).  Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels

Booking notes

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2–4 night stays.No groups under 21 are allowed.  All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee. Late check outs are subject to availability and chargeable.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay
