Notes on accommodation
Large master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Doors can open to look out over your terrace and pool area.Both bedroom 2 & 3 can be adapted to either golfers or families. Either as two twin bedrooms or the beds can easily be zipped together and made up as king size.
All rooms have air conditioning and have plenty of storage in the built in wardrobes.There is plenty of room in the master for a cot to be set up. We have a travel cot available for your use if required.There is a sofa bed in the lounge area which means you can sleep up to 8 people without any problems.
There is a large terraced garden area housing a covered outdoor dining area with a table and six chairs and a built in barbecue area. Private heated swimming pool with six sun loungers.Off road parking for two cars.
We have tried to make the villa as child friendly as possible. Being parents of young children we understand!
We have a new travel cot with extra mattress for comfort! Highchair also provided and all included in the price.

A luxurious three bedroom detached villa set on one of the most exclusive golf resorts in Murcia. The property is south facing so you can benefit from the sunshine all year round.
Accommodation is set on one level, has marble flooring throughout and is furnished to a very high standard.
There are three double bedrooms (master has ensuite with Jacuzzi bath and shower), modern fitted kitchen, utility and a large lounge/diner. Outside there are spacious terraces and the private heated swimming pool.

The Costa Calida, "Warm Coast" boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21oC. The local area offers plenty of Sandy Beaches and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts.Mar Menor's beach's are also ideal for families as the water is calm,warm and shallow.There is also a long promenade ideal for walking and cycling.
Shopping: Both Murcia and Cartegena offer excellent shopping facilities including the largest department stores in Spain,El Court Ingles.
Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is around 20 minutes away from El Valle with numerous restaurants and cafes,over 200 retail outlets including Mango , Zara, Springfield, etc.It also is home to Saturn the most up to date high tech stockists.There is also a 6 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling.
Water Park & Animal Park: Terra Aqua Murcia and Terra Natura (animal) park opened in 2007 and provides a fun day out for all the family.
The park is just 15 minutes drive from El Valle , on the way to Nueva Condominia.
Football: Real Murcia are currently in the Spanish Premier League (2007/08) season playing teams incl Barcelona and Real Madrid.
History/Culture: Cartagena is steeped in history and well worth a visit. Its best to park at the port and walk around the Medieval town.There are many restaurants and cafes to be found here.
Murcia is a 20 minute drive away it is famous for its Moorish Architecture and impressive Cathedral.Being the capital of the region it offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants as well as places of interest.The city offers both ancient and modern architecture and is well worth a visit.
