Bedroom 3 with two single beds, fan and built-in wardrobe (road view). Bathrooms: en suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with WC, bath/shower, sink and bidet. Main bathroom with WC, shower, sink and bidet. Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, oven, microwave, frigde/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, tea pot, crockery, glassware and cutlery/crockery for 6-8 people. Utility Room Washing machine, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board and broom. Living Room Open plan lounge/dining room with large L-shape sofa, one dining table with six chairs, satellite TV (UK channels), CD/DVD player and ipod lead. which plugs into stereo. A LAN internet lead is also available for internet access. Patio doors lead to garden and terrace with outdoor table and six chairs. Other: there is a private solarium on the upper level with a table and four chairs. The villa has a wonderful pool and interlinked Jacuzzi (both can be HEATED for an additional charge).

Other holiday activities include golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. The sandy beaches of Murcia’s Mar Menor are also ideal for family villa holidays as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade at Los Alcazares or San Javier. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.

Murcia offers many wonderful golf apartments and villas with pools for summer holidays, so if you like to spend a few days in the sun by the pool and a day or so exploring the beautiful Costa Calida in Spain, here are a few ideas:

20 minutes' drive from the region’s capital Murcia City, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping malls and restaurants. 20 minutes' drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Los Alcazares and San Javier, which also offer many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Approx. 40 mins drive from the famous La Manga Hotel and Golf Resort. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Andalucia’s Granada and the incredible Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante on the Costa Blanca, well know for it's popular waterparks and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away. Approx. 30-40 mins drive to the historic port city of Cartagena and it’s superb shopping complex with cinema and food mall. 

Activities

Murcia is perfect for sports as well as golfing holidays and guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Polaris World’s Mar Menor Golf Resort, El Valle Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Notes on prices

All bookings are subject to a £85 cleaning/laundry fee. Bath and beach towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: bath towels are for villa use only.

A high chair and cot can be hiring in on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals (payable locally) can also be arranged on request, please ask for details.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made 8-6 weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional £85 per week. The jacuzzi and pool are heated together they are always at the same moderate temperature as there is one heat exchanger. It is also possible to heat the Jacuzzi only for £65 per week.

Booking notes

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.

Wrist bands for communal pools and tennis courts: Please note, resort management have issued a wrist band per guest that must be worn to use the communal pools and tennis courts. If lost or misplaced a 30 Euro replacement fee per wrist band is payable locally. This is to prevent non resort residents using the communal pools and tennis courts.

You can pay via internet bank transfer, cheque or credit car with PayPal of Google checkout (min 3.4% charge applies).

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security/damage deposit is required with full payment. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
