Bedroom 3 with two single beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe Bathrooms En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with WC, bath/shower, sink Main bathroom with WC, bath/shower, sink. Downstairs bathroom with WC, sink, shower. Kitchen Modern kitchen, fully furnished with hob (4 electric rings), extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 6/8 people. Plastic cups/plates for children. Utility Room Washing machine, dryer, mop/bucket, iron, ironing board, broom. Living Rooms Open plan lounge/dining room with two leather sofas, one dining table with four chairs, satellite TV, DVD and VCR player, radio/cassette player. Patio doors lead to terrace and garden. Further details outdoors: Attractive garden area with private outdoor swimming pool with hot tub (hot tub can be heated for an additional cost per week) shower, shaded and unshaded patio area, outdoor garden table with six chairs, barbecue and six sunbeds. There is a large private solarium on the upper level. A children’s play area can be fenced off limiting access to the pool. With living accommodation set on two levels with a staircase, this property may not be ideal for those in a wheelchair.

Notes on prices

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.   

 A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details (payable locally).

All bookings are subject to a £90 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.

Booking notes

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.  

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.

Security deposit

In addition, a separate £300 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
